Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical programs and operations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff including nurses and allied health professionals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Oversee patient care plans, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development.
- Monitor and manage clinical budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation.
- Lead quality assurance and risk management efforts, including audits and corrective action plans.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in healthcare services.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement clinical initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in home care, hospice, or community-based healthcare preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards.
