Overview

  • Lead clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee clinical staff development, fostering professional growth and excellence.
  • Implement and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and program development.
  • Manage clinical budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Lead quality assurance and risk management initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, patients, families, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical programs and operations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff including nurses and allied health professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee patient care plans, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development.
  • Monitor and manage clinical budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation.
  • Lead quality assurance and risk management efforts, including audits and corrective action plans.

Job Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in healthcare services.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement clinical initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in home care, hospice, or community-based healthcare preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards.
