Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in valuation-related work; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in valuation techniques such as DCF, comparable company, and precedent transactions.
- Thorough understanding of ASC 820 and valuation guidance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate accurate conclusions.
- Effective project management skills and awareness of internal business controls.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
