Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform diagnostic procedures and administer respiratory therapies for diverse patient conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using advanced healthcare systems.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state.
  • Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy with diverse patient populations.
  • Preferred experience with neonatal care and high-risk deliveries.
  • NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in healthcare systems, particularly EPIC, is preferred.
