Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Director-level experience in Emergency Services; 5 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing emergency department operations and achieving quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and evidence-based practices.
