Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial performance metrics.
- Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and buyout processes.
- Coordinate with field leadership to ensure alignment on schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Track project costs and proactively manage risks and potential issues.
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage ground-up and renovation projects effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project financials.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
