  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain audit readiness.
  • Develop training materials and standard operating procedures to support sustainable growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training employees to ensure engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily operations for multiple teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain compliance records, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with state laws and healthcare standards, minimizing operational risks.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to optimize workflows and enhance operational systems.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or homecare.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid and healthcare regulations, including compliance and risk management.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency through process improvements.
  • Experience with KPI tracking, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance workflows and operational outcomes.
  • Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO, and travel as required.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and experience in homecare agency leadership.
