Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or homecare.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid and healthcare regulations, including compliance and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency through process improvements.
- Experience with KPI tracking, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance workflows and operational outcomes.
- Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO, and travel as required.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and experience in homecare agency leadership.
