Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead design teams and coordinate with external consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Manage client, team, and project communications effectively.
  • Prepare proposals and presentation materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Deliver design presentations and milestone reports to clients.
  • Provide innovative solutions to technical and design challenges.
  • Develop detailed project specifications based on technical requirements.
  • Conduct on-site observations and attend construction meetings.
  • Establish and maintain productive client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Architectural Registration is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects from conceptual design through construction.
  • Experience in coordinating and leading teams of design professionals.
