Job Description

Overview

  • Drive strategic financial planning and analysis to support organizational growth and innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement advanced financial metrics to enhance decision-making and business performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with long-term organizational objectives.
  • Lead consolidated reporting and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
  • Enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency through automation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Provide financial leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic insights across business units.
  • Participate in high-impact projects to support organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly close, forecasting submissions, and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze profitability, sales growth, headcount, and expenses to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with organizational goals.
  • Manage the annual budget submission process, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive analyses.
  • Streamline forecasting processes and establish unified reporting structures for enhanced efficiency.
  • Work closely with accounting teams during financial close to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems; experience with Hyperion is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships and resolve complex issues collaboratively.
  • Experience in project management and budget oversight.
  • Commitment to maintaining financial accuracy, data integrity, and compliance standards.
