Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly close, forecasting submissions, and budgeting processes.
- Analyze profitability, sales growth, headcount, and expenses to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with organizational goals.
- Manage the annual budget submission process, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive analyses.
- Streamline forecasting processes and establish unified reporting structures for enhanced efficiency.
- Work closely with accounting teams during financial close to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in financial management systems; experience with Hyperion is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships and resolve complex issues collaboratively.
- Experience in project management and budget oversight.
