Overview

- Ensure accuracy in transaction posting, journal entries, and financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage capital calls and distributions for investment portfolios with accuracy.
- Prepare month-end close work papers and reconciliations to ensure financial precision.
- Track and record monthly valuations for hedge fund investments consistently.
- Initiate and process wire transfers with proper documentation and verification.
- Reconcile trading activities and review settlements for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting year-end audits effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to address technical accounting details and improve processes.
- Handle ad hoc requests and projects with professionalism and adaptability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience with private equity or hedge funds.
- Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Investran is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to meet timely deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across teams and levels.
