Overview
- Lead and oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimize schedules and resource allocation for efficient project execution.
- Supervise on-site activities, enforcing safety protocols and compliance with construction codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges to maintain schedules and budgets effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, timelines, and budgets for stakeholders and management review.
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and quality standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure project feasibility.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, coordinating with trade partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating trade partners and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and implement effective solutions to challenges.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports and documentation for project tracking and compliance.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools is preferred.
