Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage execution of debt and equity financings, ensuring successful financial close.
  • Negotiate and develop term sheets, credit agreements, and financing documentation.
  • Coordinate with development teams to align financing strategies with project milestones.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including financial institutions and legal advisors.
  • Support organizational financial management and reporting enhancements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational policies in financial operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance or investment banking; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with debt and equity structures.
  • Experience in renewable energy finance and relationships with financial institutions are advantageous.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
