Senior Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within construction.
• Preferred 15 years of experience in leadership roles in construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
