Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit, ensuring precision and quality in project documentation.
• Create compelling architectural visualizations, renderings, and animations to support presentations and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate digital models with internal teams and external consultants to maintain project alignment.
• Establish and maintain BIM templates, content, and standards to streamline workflows.
• Assist in implementing BIM workflows and mentor team members on best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure design integrity and technical excellence in project delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and tools within the organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Technology or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in BIM and visualization roles; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Experience with 3ds Max, Rhino, or Twinmotion is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation processes.
• Excellent graphic and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
