- Manage ground-up projects exceeding $10MM, including site work and infrastructure development.

- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and construction codes.
- Monitor budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise all aspects of ground-up construction for big-box retail projects, from planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Implement problem-solving strategies to address on-site issues and minimize delays.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management; 12 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects exceeding $10MM.
- Strong knowledge of site work processes and infrastructure development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel extensively to project sites and adapt to diverse environments.
