Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure proper allocation of deposited funds.
  • Analyze and process billing for commercial tenant recoveries accurately.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accurate financial cut-offs.
  • Supervise accounts payable workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Create and manage vendor accounts, including insurance certificate oversight.
  • Allocate credit card charges and ensure timely reimbursements monthly.
  • Analyze real estate tax assessments and ensure timely payment postings.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot accounting systems to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in MRI General Ledger and Accounts Payable systems.
  • Experience with Nexus accounts payable workflow management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
