Job Description

Overview

  • Support accurate capture, reconciliation, and validation of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data for payroll and billing compliance.
  • Ensure caregiver attendance records align with authorizations, service codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a key contact for caregivers, coordinators, billing, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely payroll and billing outcomes.
  • Educate caregivers on EVV compliance requirements and system usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve attendance and EVV-related issues.
  • Support EVV system updates, integrations, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation standards and support audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process daily attendance and EVV activity to meet payroll, billing, and compliance deadlines.
  • Review, reconcile, and validate EVV data against authorized plans of care.
  • Identify and resolve EVV discrepancies using system dashboards and reports.
  • Monitor EVV compliance rates and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Generate and analyze EVV exception and attendance reports for resolution.
  • Educate caregivers on app usage, IVR processes, and duty sheet submission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address attendance and EVV-related issues.
  • Support EVV system updates and compliance attestation processes.
  • Document attendance-related caregiver and patient requests for follow-up.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care operations or EVV systems.
  • Proficiency with EVV platforms such as HHAeXchange.
  • Knowledge of home care authorizations, service codes, and payer requirements.
  • Experience supporting payroll or billing reconciliation processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to educate caregivers on compliance processes effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Capable of working on-site and managing extended hours when needed.
