Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage the design and execution of complex architectural projects within a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success.
  • Guide project teams through all phases of the architectural process, from initial concept to final construction.
  • Collaborate within a supportive team that values communication, adaptability, and high standards of design execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive construction documents that align with client objectives and project specifications.

  • Coordinate with consultants and regulatory bodies to address challenges and ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural project management; 20 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in data center design, including tenant improvements and ground-up construction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and team collaboration.
  • Deep knowledge of construction documentation and administration processes.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
