Job Description

Overview

  • Support dental laboratory operations by assisting in the fabrication, finishing, and quality control of dental prosthetics and appliances.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, Monday through Friday.
  • Utilize strong manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with a team-oriented approach to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Perform tasks that contribute to the production and delivery of dental restorations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in the fabrication of crowns, bridges, dentures, retainers, and other dental appliances.
  • Pour and trim dental models from impressions or digital scans.
  • Polish, finish, and clean restorations before delivery to clients.
  • Maintain and sterilize lab equipment and workstations to ensure hygiene standards.
  • Organize and track incoming and outgoing cases for efficient processing.
  • Follow OSHA and infection control guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to ensure operational continuity.
  • Package completed cases for delivery with attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for eligibility.
  • Previous experience in dental labs, dental assisting, or dental offices is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination is essential.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and infection control guidelines is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in organizing and tracking cases effectively.
