Project Manager – Interiors Construction

Overview

• Manage and lead interiors construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals and align deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress and performance effectively.
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates and address challenges proactively.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, execute, and finalize interiors construction projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining focus on achieving project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct site visits to assess project status and address challenges effectively.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications throughout the construction process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in interiors construction project management; 5 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
