Overview

• Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address updates and changes effectively.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for transparency and accountability.
• Manage resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure all project action items are addressed promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards.
• Participate in planning and bidding processes to secure new opportunities and expand the client’s portfolio.
• Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and overall performance.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing on-site construction activities and leading teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction environments.
• Experience in competitive bidding processes and securing construction contracts successfully.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve project challenges efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
