Overview

  • Drive compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the organization's integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for IT service delivery, ensuring operational excellence and responsiveness.
  • Support omnichannel business strategies through innovative solution architecture and systems implementation.
  • Engage in a hybrid work model, fostering collaboration and alignment within the team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and vision.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, networks, and data centers ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of core IT systems including ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Drive digital transformation projects focusing on automation, cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity policies, risk management frameworks, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, and SOC 2.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to identify and execute technology solutions enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize IT service delivery and incident response.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing IT strategies within dynamic or enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and leading technology transformations effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence, and ERP system integration.
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts into business terms.
  • Ability to work on-site at headquarters three days per week in a hybrid model.
