Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform equipment setup, operation, and maintenance tasks to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in production.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical errors and implement corrective actions to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for process control adjustments and monitoring.
  • Inspect and maintain raw material feeds and automated equipment performance to meet production standards.
  • Support equipment validations and contribute to process development activities.
  • Conduct routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of machinery to ensure operational reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety standards to maintain compliance.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English for effective documentation, communication, and writing.
  • Experience with automated equipment, HMIs, and manufacturing instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and problem-solving strategies.
  • Familiarity with medical device manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift weights as required by the role.
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes and quality control techniques.
