Overview

• Lead complex construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing construction projects and leading diverse teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for efficient planning and execution.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments effectively.
