Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee transaction processing and balance reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Prepare and review internal and external financial reports, including regulatory disclosures.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen control environments.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring quality output.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of accounting or finance experience, with 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in US GAAP and statutory accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a dynamic environment.
