Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop design ideas and draft technical drawings for corporate interior projects.
- Oversee design and drawing processes for smaller projects, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior designers to research and select fixtures and finishes.
- Review engineering drawings to ensure alignment with design solutions.
- Manage design budgets and inform stakeholders of potential variances.
- Conduct client interviews to determine space needs and requirements.
- Mentor junior and intermediate designers, providing feedback and guidance.
- Utilize advanced software tools for rendering, detailing, and space planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate interior design projects; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and 3Ds Max.
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, space planning, and furnishings.
- Working knowledge of building systems, codes, ADA requirements, and contract administration.
- Advanced sketching, rendering, and interior architecture detailing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite for project documentation and communication.
