Project Architect

Overview

• Serve as a Project Architect overseeing industrial and distribution projects with a focus on warehouse design and construction.
• Collaborate within a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
• Apply architectural expertise to ensure project compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Lead project teams in developing innovative solutions for complex architectural challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and present project proposals, designs, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to align project goals and expectations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and distribution facility design principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks.
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
