Job Description

Overview

  • Support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications in a dynamic IT environment.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to optimize system performance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex application issues and system interfaces.
  • Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and interfaces.
  • Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Stay updated with Oracle EBS advancements and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS modules to end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues, including data discrepancies and system errors.
  • Collaborate with users to document requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements within the EBS environment.
  • Develop and execute test plans for system changes and integrations.
  • Support interfaces between EBS and other enterprise applications.
  • Monitor system performance and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate on customizations and enhancements to the EBS platform.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS application support.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in system integrations.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Workflow and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of interface technologies and data integration concepts.
  • ITIL certification and familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure are advantageous.
