Overview

  • Lead diverse construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Oversee on-site operations, providing strategic leadership and maintaining adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering professional development and strong team dynamics.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, including interiors, retail, and office spaces.
  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions to meet project objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, architects, and project teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing interiors, retail, and office construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
