- Lead and manage a comprehensive Memory Care program, ensuring exceptional services for registrants and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise program staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards and providing performance feedback.
- Coordinate Memory Care program activities, including admissions, attendance, and caregiver support initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of registrant assessments and program activities.
- Provide orientation and training for new staff, interns, and volunteers to integrate them effectively.
- Work closely with transportation teams to optimize service schedules and safety protocols.
- Lead caregiver support groups, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Monitor and ensure adequate staffing and resources for daily program operations.
- Evaluate registrant health records for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with standards.

Job Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing clinical teams in healthcare settings.
- Proven expertise in dementia or memory care program management.
- Certification as a Dementia Care Specialist is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee program operations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with caregivers, staff, and external agencies.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
