Senior Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and oversee healthcare or K-12 construction projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Ensure project objectives align with scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve efficient project milestones.
• Provide strategic guidance for complex renovation and ground-up construction projects.
• Implement industry best practices in project management and construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and address issues or deviations promptly.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven expertise in managing healthcare or K-12 construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up commercial and complex renovation projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work on-site effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
