Overview

• Lead construction projects for a general contractor with expertise in high-rise developments and self-performing concrete work.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to optimize project outcomes.
• Supervise on-site teams, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety measures to protect workers and maintain compliance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing concerns.
• Resolve operational challenges effectively, maintaining project momentum and quality.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure collaboration.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing high-rise construction projects and self-performing concrete operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and develop effective strategies for execution.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is advantageous.
