Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Conduct design reviews and manage construction administration to uphold high standards of quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or project management, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar architectural software tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage complex projects.
  • Ability to mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Experience in construction administration and client-facing roles to ensure project success.
