Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare-related degree is required.
- Current Registered Nurse license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Nursing Compact state.
- Minimum of one year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs.
- Completion of the required 8-hour Administrator training course is mandatory.
- Effective oral and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of corporate business management and healthcare regulations is essential.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire is required.
