Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the home health agency, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare-related degree is required.
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Nursing Compact state.
  • Minimum of one year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs.
  • Completion of the required 8-hour Administrator training course is mandatory.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of corporate business management and healthcare regulations is essential.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire is required.
