Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist surgeons during procedures, performing tasks such as tissue handling, suturing, and wound management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced certifications are advantageous.
- Active RN license and Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of perioperative nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
- Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification highly desirable.
- Proficiency in surgical techniques, perioperative care standards, and patient assessment.
