Job Description

Overview

  • Support the execution of design-build construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Apply engineering, construction, or architectural expertise to address project challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports, presentations, and compliance records.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and address on-site challenges.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, mitigating risks proactively.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain alignment.
  • Support the integration of new technologies to enhance project management processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in design-build construction; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of light industrial construction practices and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage dynamic project environments.
  • Ability to work on-site effectively and adapt to evolving project demands.
  • Certifications in project management or construction safety are highly advantageous.
