Overview

  • Analyze and recommend fixed income securities to optimize portfolio performance and meet investment goals.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop and implement innovative investment strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support global investment decisions.
  • Engage with industry sources to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform fundamental credit analysis and financial modeling to identify profitable fixed income securities.
  • Prepare comprehensive earnings reports, including financial projections and credit valuations.
  • Present detailed company analyses to portfolio managers for strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to provide timely and insightful research findings.
  • Engage with industry sources to gather and interpret market information effectively.
  • Develop and propose innovative investment ideas to management proactively.
  • Utilize Bloomberg and other advanced tools to enhance investment analysis capabilities.
  • Adapt to dynamic market conditions and excel in a collaborative team environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, fixed income, and fund investing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, Bloomberg, and automated research tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and communication.
  • Ability to present compelling investment recommendations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and contribute to a global team environment.
  • Experience in both buy-side and sell-side corporations is advantageous.
