Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct architectural projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve project success and maintain high standards.
  • Conduct design reviews and oversee documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Participate in strategic design discussions, contributing to innovative practices and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize advanced software tools such as Revit, Bluebeam, and Procore for efficient project management and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; professional licensure is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or project management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with technical execution and attention to detail.
