Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain financial models for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting purposes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecast submissions with precision and insight.
  • Analyze historical and current trends in revenue, costs, and investments to support strategic planning.
  • Create strategic and financial materials for corporate presentations, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather data and insights for enhanced forecasting and strategy development.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards to support company-wide decision-making processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to address emerging business needs and opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives through detailed financial modeling and analysis to drive impactful results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in finance or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; 3 years preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power Query is advantageous.
  • Experience with financial reporting systems such as Power BI, SAP BPC, or OneStream.
  • CPA license or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and self-review in deliverables.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; hybrid work arrangement available.
