Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in finance or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; 3 years preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power Query is advantageous.
- Experience with financial reporting systems such as Power BI, SAP BPC, or OneStream.
- CPA license or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and self-review in deliverables.
