Job Description

Overview

  • Oversee investment operations, ensuring accurate accounting and seamless transaction processing for private deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and SLAs to drive performance excellence and accountability.
  • Forecast cash balances, ensuring liquidity and mitigating risks effectively.
  • Lead initiatives to improve processes and align operations with organizational goals.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members to foster professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Translate deal documents into precise accounting records and ensure lifecycle event accuracy.
  • Manage cash movements across legal entity structures and coordinate funding transactions.
  • Stage FX orders to hedge currency risks and maintain cash flow stability.
  • Develop and refine KPIs and SLAs to measure and improve operational performance.
  • Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance workflows.
  • Train team members and document procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align operations with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in investment operations; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and financial operations is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of private deal accounting and lifecycle events.
  • Experience in cash positioning and FX order staging is highly valued.
  • Ability to develop KPIs and SLAs for operational success.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
