Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Translate deal documents into precise accounting records and ensure lifecycle event accuracy.
- Manage cash movements across legal entity structures and coordinate funding transactions.
- Stage FX orders to hedge currency risks and maintain cash flow stability.
- Develop and refine KPIs and SLAs to measure and improve operational performance.
- Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance workflows.
- Train team members and document procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align operations with strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in investment operations; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and financial operations is essential.
- Strong knowledge of private deal accounting and lifecycle events.
- Experience in cash positioning and FX order staging is highly valued.
- Ability to develop KPIs and SLAs for operational success.
