Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant fields.
- 8–15 years of experience in Chief of Staff, HR, Operations, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, and operational process improvement.
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or high-performance industries is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- High emotional intelligence and judgment in handling sensitive organizational matters.
- Technologically adept with experience in implementing software solutions to enhance operations.
