Overview

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving organizational priorities and aligning operations with strategic goals.
  • Oversee firm-wide HR and operational processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Support investor relations and capital-raising efforts by coordinating deliverables and shaping organizational narratives.
  • Champion organizational culture, reinforcing values of excellence, collaboration, and integrity across all levels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design and strategic initiatives as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive operational efficiency by implementing innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • Manage sensitive HR matters, including employee engagement and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, preparing materials and facilitating effective decision-making processes.
  • Monitor team morale and communication, ensuring alignment and continuity across departments.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes, acting as a strategic HR partner to leadership.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives during organizational change or operational redesign phases.
  • Manage project frameworks, ensuring initiatives are tracked, prioritized, and communicated effectively.
  • Support capital-raising efforts by coordinating investor communications and operational diligence.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on operational improvements and organizational strategies.
  • Promote the firm’s culture by reinforcing values of collaboration and integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant fields.
  • 8–15 years of experience in Chief of Staff, HR, Operations, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, and operational process improvement.
  • Experience in financial services, consulting, or high-performance industries is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High emotional intelligence and judgment in handling sensitive organizational matters.
  • Technologically adept with experience in implementing software solutions to enhance operations.
