Corporate Development Director

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; advanced degree preferred for enhanced qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development or related field; 6 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, and business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends effectively.
