Job Description

Overview

  • Manage operations of a high-acuity intensive care unit, ensuring exceptional patient care and staff performance.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering advanced critical care services and fostering collaboration.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and policies to maintain compliance and quality standards.
  • Oversee staff development through training, mentorship, and continuous professional education.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical and supervisory nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Active RN license in good standing; BLS certification required.
  • Proficiency in healthcare technology and data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting.
