Overview

  • Support international accounting operations, ensuring compliance with global standards and efficient workflows in a dynamic multinational environment.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop solutions for complex accounting and tax challenges, fostering innovation and efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements and streamline international accounting practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Provide expertise in consolidations, reconciliations, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with international tax regulations, including transfer pricing and inter-company agreements.
  • Work closely with FP&A teams to deliver insightful performance analysis and reporting.
  • Engage with international colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and communication across regions.
  • Foster a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation within accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and optimize accounting workflows, ensuring compliance with global standards and firm policies.
  • Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reconciliations and reporting.
  • Support tax compliance initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with tax teams.
  • Collaborate with FP&A teams to prepare and analyze performance data for strategic insights.
  • Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, addressing challenges proactively and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships across teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Take initiative to address complex accounting issues and meet critical deadlines with precision.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
  • CPA certification and public accounting experience are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Aderant is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based software.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams, particularly in Europe or Asia, is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet strict deadlines effectively.
