Job Description

Overview

  • Provide expert contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management within a dynamic remote environment.
  • Support the Transactions team by ensuring compliance and minimizing risks through effective contract strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and enhance contract management processes for improved efficiency and oversight.
  • Provide training and guidance on contract policies and procedures to internal teams.
  • Utilize contract management systems to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
  • Contribute to policy development and system improvements for optimized contract management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Supply Agreements.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to gather feedback and approvals.
  • Monitor contractual deadlines and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
  • Process contract requests independently or with legal counsel, providing informed recommendations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in contracts while ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
  • Support contract execution processes and maintain accurate data in management systems.
  • Develop tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and client service within the legal team.
  • Provide training to internal clients on contract-related policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems, preferably Agiloft, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract language, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience in preparing redlines and negotiating terms in contracts.
