Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead project design and documentation phases, ensuring alignment with client requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project milestones and success.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
  • Support and mentor junior staff in design and technical development processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent professional degree required.
  • Licensure as an architect strongly preferred, with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit required; experience with SketchUp, Enscape, or similar software advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction administration processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills essential.
