Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent professional degree required.
- Licensure as an architect strongly preferred, with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Revit required; experience with SketchUp, Enscape, or similar software advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction administration processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills essential.
