Overview
- Serve as a Temporary Recruiter focusing on full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles including Product Management, Marketing, and Content Analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage recruitment processes for entry-level to executive positions in a high-volume corporate environment.
- Utilize tools such as Workday and LinkedIn RPS to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate sourcing.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, and closing activities while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
- Work on-site four days per week, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Engage in innovative recruitment strategies, including leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support hiring needs across various departments, ensuring timely and effective recruitment outcomes.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of hiring managers and organizational goals.
- Source candidates using online platforms, professional networks, and innovative digital tools.
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and background checks to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines for roles ranging from entry-level to executive positions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in Workday and other recruitment systems.
- Provide guidance on compensation discussions and effective closing techniques.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events and professional gatherings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday and LinkedIn RPS; experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of structured interviewing techniques and employment regulations.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with diverse role complexities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting in regulatory, legal, or tax spaces is advantageous.
