Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee architectural designs for diverse commercial and residential projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client objectives.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any arising issues.
  • Lead project meetings to communicate updates and resolve challenges effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for creating detailed plans.
  • Licensed Architect with demonstrated expertise in commercial and residential projects.
  • Strong client-facing skills to maintain and enhance client relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
