Overview

  • Join a dynamic law firm as a Personal Injury Paralegal, supporting plaintiff litigation cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to manage case preparation, client communication, and legal documentation.
  • Handle filing of complaints, motions, and proof of service with the court.
  • Organize and request medical records and bills for case reviews.
  • Prepare and send settlement documents to ensure timely resolution of cases.
  • Work in-office five days per week initially, scaling down to four days after a few months.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Enhance your skills in plaintiff personal injury law within a supportive and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • File legal documents such as complaints, motions, and proof of service with the court.
  • Request, organize, and review medical records and bills for litigation purposes.
  • Prepare and send settlement documents to facilitate case resolutions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and gather information.
  • Support attorneys in case preparation, including research and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of all case-related tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high organizational standards.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional legal certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a plaintiff litigation personal injury paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of plaintiff personal injury law and legal procedures.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and effective client interaction capabilities.
  • Proficiency in legal documentation and case management systems.
