Senior Proposal Specialist

Overview

• Lead the creation of compelling proposals and marketing materials to support business growth and client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage proposals and marketing materials to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ensure CRM systems are accurate and content libraries are up-to-date for efficient reporting and accessibility.
• Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and leadership teams to gather critical information and insights.
• Mentor and train team members, promoting professional development and engagement within the organization.
• Utilize software tools for proposal creation and strategic storytelling enhancement to drive impactful communications.
• Attend project events to gain insights and strengthen team connections and collaboration.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on excellence and innovation.
• Support leadership in recognizing and celebrating team achievements and milestones.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal leadership within the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail.
• Strong organizational abilities and strategic mindset to manage timelines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for professional communication and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Experience mentoring team members and supporting training initiatives to foster growth.
