Job Description

Overview

  • Support portfolio management by overseeing trade settlements, corporate actions, and security restructures across diverse asset classes.
  • Ensure accurate allocation, matching, and settlement processes using advanced trade settlement platforms.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and custodians to facilitate seamless transaction processing.
  • Resolve discrepancies in trade economics, funding amounts, and delayed compensation efficiently.
  • Assist legal counsel with trade documentation and agreement execution to ensure compliance.
  • Manage investor reporting, accounting reconciliation, and compliance monitoring activities.
  • Liaise with counterparties for KYC documentation and fund formation details.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining security reference data and document management systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage trade settlements across asset classes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate settlement processes for loans, securities, derivatives, and distressed products.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve transaction discrepancies.
  • Support legal documentation and agreements related to trade settlements.
  • Maintain and update security reference data and document management systems.
  • Assist with fund transfers, document verification, and loan agreement accuracy.
  • Monitor investment compliance and operational controls to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Provide support for accounting reconciliation and investor reporting processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment operations.
  • Proficiency in trade settlement platforms such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, and MarketAxess.
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation and security reference data management.
  • Exceptional analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Commitment to accuracy and compliance in all operational activities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site requirements.
